Why 18-25?
In line with the mission of the 50:50 are we there yet? Residency programme to focus on youth creativity and mentorship, 18-25 year olds are often at the beginning of exploring their futures. Early career young people begin to critically examine their interests, whether to study or whether to get a job? how to get where they want to be, what are they interested in and how they might further explore their interests. We believe the value of mentorship as part of the ScArt Residency programme from experts in the ArtScience fields will be particularly beneficial for these young people.
